Plant Inspection Services were brilliant and talked me through the whole process. The previous inspection company had been having an issue with the lift going into re-set mode for 10 minutes and running through all the faults. You have to re-boot the lift on top of the lift car and call it from the floor below. The previous engineer didn’t know this and would leave during the first re-set stage not knowing what to do. Plant Inspection Services have been much better, with both sites completed within 2 hours.
